Privacy policy

Last updated: 20 October 2026

This notice covers thegreatestpeople.com and enquiries sent to The Greatest People Ltd. Our apps have their own privacy notices, available through their websites.

1. Who we are

The Greatest People Ltd is the controller of personal information described in this notice. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 17214141. Our registered office is 9 Clark Drive, St. Neots, England, PE19 6DL.

For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, email hello@thegreatestpeople.com.

2. Information we handle

This website has no accounts, checkout, mailing-list signup, or contact form. Please avoid sending sensitive information or payment-card details by email.

3. Why we use information

We use enquiry information to respond to you and manage the related business correspondence. Our basis is our legitimate interest in handling enquiries and operating the company. Where you ask us to take steps towards a contract, or correspondence is needed to perform a contract with you, we rely on that contractual basis. Where a specific legal duty applies, we rely on that legal obligation.

Necessary website delivery and security processing supports our legitimate interest in maintaining an accessible, secure website. We do not use this site for advertising, profiling, or decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

4. Cookies and tracking

The website code does not set cookies, use local storage, load analytics, or embed third-party content. Our hosting service may use necessary security technologies to protect website traffic. We do not enable advertising or optional visitor tracking on this site. Clicking an app link takes you to a separate website with its own privacy and cookie information.

5. Providers, sharing, and international processing

We use Cloudflare Pages for website hosting and delivery, and Google Workspace for company email. These providers handle the technical request information or correspondence necessary to supply those services. Access within our company is limited to people handling the relevant enquiry.

We may share information with professional advisers where needed, or with authorities when legally required. We do not sell personal information.

Cloudflare and Google operate internationally, so processing may take place outside the UK, including in the United States. For restricted transfers, we rely on applicable UK adequacy arrangements or the contractual safeguards in the providers’ data-processing terms, including standard contractual clauses with the UK Addendum where applicable. You can read Cloudflare’s data-processing terms and Google’s data-processing terms, or contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your data.

6. How long we keep information

We retain correspondence for the time needed to resolve the enquiry and manage any resulting relationship. We decide whether to keep it longer by considering outstanding actions, contractual commitments, legal record-keeping duties, and whether it is needed to establish, exercise, or defend a legal claim. Information no longer needed for those purposes is deleted.

We do not maintain a separate database of website visitors or export visitor request logs. Cloudflare may retain service information needed for website delivery, security, and troubleshooting under its applicable service policies and data-processing terms.

7. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask for access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction, and portability where applicable.

You have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact hello@thegreatestpeople.com to exercise your rights. If we ever rely on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.

8. Providing information and changes

You do not have to email us. If you choose to make an enquiry, we need enough contact information to respond. We will update this notice when the way we handle information changes and show the date of the latest version here.
